Miceli of Largo arranges $1.4 million in financing for two office buildings

Perry Miceli, managing director for the Largo Group of Companies, structured a $1.4 million loan for two single-story, multi-tenant office buildings totaling 31,248 s/f. They are situated within the Canal Landings Professional Park. 103 Canal Landings consists of 18,228 s/f and 99 Canal Landings has 13,020 s/f. Both buildings were built in 2008. The structure of this loan consisted of a 17-year fixed rate self-amortizing loan that was financed through one of Largo's correspondent life insurance companies. The borrower is a leading developer of innovative and affordable professional and medical office suites.
