Kaufman, Gettler and Gorman of New Street Realty Advisors broker 400 s/f gelateria lease

New Street Realty Advisors, LLC has completed the lease between Columbus Development LLC, the owners of TurnStyle At Columbus Circle, and Gelato Ti Amo. The group leased 400 s/f and will take occupancy this spring. The Columbus Circle subway hub, stretching under Eighth Ave. from 57th to 59th, is one of the busiest in the city with over 80,000 people passing through on a daily basis. Currently under development, the TurnStyle project will incorporate 30 shops. Other tenant's that have committed to the project include Magnolia Bakery, Joe Coffee, Dylan's Candy Store and MAC Cosmetics. After many years of great success in Italy, Gelato Ti Amo expanded to New York, having opened gelaterias in the Financial District as well as outposts at Mad. Sq. Eats and Broadway Bites. Joshua Kaufman, Joshua Gettler and Matthew Gorman of New Street Realty Advisors, acted on behalf of the tenant, and dealt directly in negotiations with building owners. New Street Realty Advisors is a New York City-based real estate brokerage firm with niche focuses on retail leasing and investment sales.
