Friedman of Adams & Co. Real Estate completes 14,000 s/f in leases

Joseph Friedman of Adams & Co. Real Estate completed the following transactions: *A 10-year, 7,000 s/f lease at 254 W. 35th St. for custom computer programming company Create-A-Marker. Friedman represented the tenant while Billar Akip of Brennen House represented the landlord. Asking rents were $25 per s/f. * A 10-year, 2,000 s/f lease at 254 Fifth Ave. for Salon Santa Cruz, a hair and nail salon. Friedman represented the tenant while Herbert Hirsch of City Site Realty represented the landlord in the transaction. Asking rents were $40 per s/f. * A 10-year, 5,000 s/f lease at 36 W. 37th St. for online pharmaceutical company American Outcomes Management. Friedman represented the tenant while Alan Mandelbaum of ASM Realty represented the landlord in the transaction. Asking rents were $30 per s/f.
