Efrati of Entrepreneur Props. secures $5.85 million sale for Werber Mgmt.
Ami Efrati, CEO of Entrepreneur Properties, arranged the sale of a Jackson Heights Portfolio for $5.85 million. The properties are located at 34-27 74th St. and 34-20 75th St. Werber Management sold the properties after 50 years of ownership. Benjamin Werber of Werber Management said, "As soon as we decided to sell the properties we contacted Ami Efrati and within days we had a solid deal. His knowledge of the market insured we find the right buyer at the right price."
The buildings, a walk-up and elevator share a common backyard and contain a total of 36 apartments. "Well maintained multifamily buildings for sale in Jackson Heights are scarce" said Efrati. Efrati represented the seller, Werber management and the buyer, a local family.
