Dolgin of KDA brokers 5,500 s/f Queens lease
According to Neil Dolgin, executive VP of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA), the firm has arranged a new 5,500 s/f lease for The Kobor Corp., d/b/a Splendid Music Box Co., at 100-10 91st Ave. in the Woodhaven section. The two-story property contains 60,000 s/f. Grant Dolgin of KDA represented the owner and the tenant.
