Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC brokered a six-year, 10,000 s/f lease at 102 Madison Ave. for the headquarter offices of Perceptive Pixel Inc. Alan Bonett of Adams & Co. Real Estate represented the tenant while Michael Dreizen, Andy Udis and Lee Ruth of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord. The landlord is A. Ruth & Sons, LLC.
"Perceptive Pixel needed a space that would support its rapid expansion plans as well as provide a solid presence for the company among other innovative and high-tech companies," said Derrick Horner, Perceptive Pixel general counsel.
