Island Associates represented Woodbury Men's Shops in a 2,000 s/f lease, with an aggregate rental of $1.225 million, at 8025 Jericho Tpke.
Woodbury Men's Shop formerly of Thomas Miller of Woodbury Commons specializing in custom suites, authentic men's shop and accessories. Woodbury Mens shop joins Red Mango, National Jeans, Gabby's Bagels and other high end users.
Roger Delisle of Island Associates represented Woodbury Mens Shop and Jericho Realty, the landlord.
