Recently, congressman Robert Torricelli (D-NJ) joined commercial real estate developer David Poskanzer in celebration of the breaking of ground for the final phase of the Fort Lee Executive Park, Three Executive Dr. Located in the hub of the New York/New Jersey/Connecticut tri-state region, the office park boasts a presitigious 26-acre facility which, when complete, will feature approximately 1.4 million s/f of office space. The 28-story, Three Executive Dr. structure will be comprised of 800,000 s/f and will be one of the largest office towers in Northern New Jersey. In addition, a 60,000 - 200,000 s/f data center available as part of Three Executive Dr. will be one of the largest facilites of its kind in the region. Three Executive Dr. will be ready for occupancy in early 1992.
