Over the last decade, Milbrook Properties, Ltd. has grown from owning several multifamily residential properties throughout the NY metropolitan area, into a company that now also owns and operates a substantial portfolio of commercial properties throughout the east coast. Our most significant deal was a 1031 transaction in 2008 which consisted of the sale of a large residential property in N.Y.C. in which we acquired six commercial properties with a total value of almost $200 million dollars. We believe that there will be many opportunities in the next decade for experienced property owners who have taken a conservative approach to their acquisitions and growth.
