Midland Business Park is a flex/industrial property located on the border of New York and Connecticut near the intersection of I-95 and I-287. The property is also conveniently positioned less than half a mile from Metro North's Port Chester train station. "Situated in the heart of the tri-state area, Midland Business Park is the ideal property for companies with business throughout the region," said Cuddy. "Accordingly, the complex has been experiencing a lot of activity in recent weeks, with Mercury Solar Systems as its third new tenant going into contract this month."
