CPEX completes 1,642 s/f lease at 385 4th Ave. in Park Slope
The CPEX New York retail leasing team completed a lease agreement with a private dental practice at 385 4th Ave. in Park Slope. The property is a newly constructed mixed-use building, with 12 stories of residential space above one floor of retail and community space on the ground floor.
The dental practice will occupy 1,642 s/f on the first floor. CPEX's retail leasing team, consisting of managing director Ryan Condren and associates Kristina Triglia and George Danut, represented the landlord in negotiating the lease transaction. Dr. Richard Hittman of City Connections Realty, himself a retired dental practitioner, represented the tenant.
"With a multitude of new residential buildings along 4th Ave., the space at 385 4th Ave. attracted interest from several service-oriented businesses," said Danut. "The owner decided that the dental practice would be a great amenity to the immediate neighborhood and therefore decided to sign a lease with them."
