Consolo and Aquino of Douglas Elliman’s Retail Group arrange lease for LF Stores at 1258 Third Avenue

Manhattan, NY The preeminent Worldwide leasing and sales team of Faith Hope Consolo, chairman and Joseph Aquino, executive vice president, Douglas Elliman’s Retail Group has arranged a lease for LF Stores at 1258 Third Ave. Located between 72nd and 73rd Sts., the space offers 30 feet of frontage on one of Manhattan’s premier avenues for ladies’ fashion and fine dining. The Los Angeles-based brand, which has a cult following by today’s avant garde “frock stars,” has 30 stores nationwide, including five in the New York Metropolitan area, including one in Soho, and is designed to appeal to teens and young adults. “This is the heart of the Upper East Side and the perfect location for LF Stores’ uptown debut,” said Consolo. “Their look is edgy but sophisticated, which will be a great addition to the neighborhood.” “LF already has a nationwide presence and a strong following in New York City. The retail on this section of Third Avenue is definitely a destination for the brand’s base demographic, so this could easily become its best location, yet,” said Aquino. Neighboring stores include Rag & Bone, Anthropologie, Scoop NYC, Marimekko, Otte, Papyrus, Talbot’s, Lingerie & Company, and Shynn Boutique, among others. Consolo and Aquino exclusively represented the tenant and the landlord in the transaction. The previous tenant was Invite Health.
