TLM and Rennaker Construction Consulting Inc. merge

New York, NY According to The TLM Group LLC (TLM), Rennaker Construction Consulting Inc. (RCCI) has merged with the firm. Combining these two companies provides customers with an expanded portfolio of unique and globally recognized service offerings in the mission critical industry. Both companies bring considerable talent to the mission critical industry and going forward are better positioned to serve our clients’ needs. The company will continue to operate under the TLM Group LLC name and will maintain its main office in New York City. The TLM Group has been a trusted owner representative/project manager since 1999 counting many Fortune 100 companies as clients in the mission critical industry. TLM has managed mission critical projects with budgets upwards of $750 million and footprints of 5,000 to 500,000 s/f. RCCI completed a large data center in Sweden for a multinational social media client and will continue to service this client in multiple US and international locations over the next several years under the TLM Group LLC and TLM Mission Critical LTD entities.
