Ones To Watch: Innovators In Commercial Real Estate: Kyle Gerace, NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co.

Innovation Highlight:
My proudest accomplishment is earning long-term client trust while elevating our collaborative culture at NAIDB. By leveraging the discipline from my Division I college-pitching career, I’ve guided clients through complex, high-stakes industrial and IOS transactions, frequently representing sellers and procuring buyers in major on- and off-market deals. Beyond closing deals, I’m deeply proud of sharing these market strategies internally to help mentor and lift up our firm’s emerging talent.

Innovation in Action:
For me, innovation means refining processes and collaboration to navigate modern-day industrial markets. By leveraging technology for real-time submarket mapping and tracking off-market inventory, we provide clients – from startups to global corporations – with a clear decision-making edge. Integrating these digital tools with transparent client communication and cross-team collaboration has transformed how we execute complex IOS dispositions while giving all of our team members a modern blueprint for future success.
