Chesterfield Faring, Ltd. arranges $31 million financing of Hotel Americano

Chesterfield Faring, Ltd. (CFL), serving as the exclusive financial advisor to an affiliate of Blackhouse Development, has recently structured the $31 million refinancing of the Hotel Americano. Hotel Americano is located in the heart of the Chelsea Riviera between the Highline and the Hudson River at 518 West 27th Street. The award winning starchitect, Enrique Norten, designed the 56-room boutique hotel, which boasts a rooftop pool, two restaurants and three separate bars. The hotel generates significant revenue and profitability through these popular food and beverage destinations; its premier culinary, social and nightlife venues generate significant publicity and offer both indoor and outdoor options. The team representing Blackhouse Development was led by Jordan Roeschlaub along with Daniel Fromm and Jordan Shrier. "Jordy and his team structured the most favorable financing package in the marketplace. This is not only a testament to the hotel's extremely popular food and beverage venues, but also to West Chelsea becoming one of Manhattan's most upcoming and trendy neighborhood," said Sean Ludwick, managing partner of Blackhouse.
