CCIM designees: Utilize the LAP program

CCIM designees may take CCIM courses at a substantial discount through the Life After the Pin (LAP) program. Through this special member benefit, designees may register for one designation course per year for only $225. Registrations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis and some licensed sponsors may assess additional fees. The CCIM courses are new and improved! The CCIM Institute has spent over $2.6 million to bring the best education to the real estate market! If you haven't taken a CCIM course in a while, all of the courses have been completely rewritten and improved. The favorite choices are: * CI 102 course with the integration STDB Market Analysis; *CI 103 course with lease buy-outs, lease verse own analysis and the sale-leaseback transactions; * CI 104 advance financial analysis with hands-on case studies and free Excel software that you can start using in your practice right away! This is a great time for all CCIM Designees to utilize the LAP benefit; however, don't wait, there are a limited number of seats available for LAP education. Joseph Larkin, CCIM, CIPS, MCR, MRICS, SIOR is the 2010 chapter president of the Upstate New York CCIM chapter, Albany, N.Y.
