CBRE Group completes eight leases in Manhattan totaling 82,298 s/f

Manhattan, NY CBRE Group, Inc., has completed the following leases:

CBRE’s Alice Fair, Jared Isaacson, Lewis Miller and Sacha Zarba represented 24 Seven in a 14,103 s/f expansion at 41 Madison Ave. for the 37th floor. The term is ten years. Robert Steinman represented owner Rudin Mgmt. in-house. 

CBRE’s Ryan Alexander, Alexander Fincham and Sinclair Li represented I Squared Capital in an 11,250 s/f expansion and renewal at 410 Park Ave. on the partial 8th floor. The term is five years. Andrew Ross and Barry Zeller of Cushman & Wakefield represented owner Eastgate Realty.

CBRE’s Ivan Hillman represented HMS Int’l. Fabrics Corp. in a 9,600 s/f sublease at 720 Fifth Ave. for the partial 9th floor. Alexander Jinishian and Connor Sullivan of Colliers represented the sublandlord Robert Talbott, Inc.

CBRE’s Jared Freede and David Hollander represented Shawmut Design and Construction in a 7,982 s/f expansion at 3 East 54th St. for the partial 9th floor. Marc Horowitz of Cohen Brothers Realty represented the owner in-house.

CBRE’s Stephen Eynon represented ALU S.P.A. in a 7,615 s/f lease at 30 Broad St. for the 27th floor. The term is eight years. Newmark represented owner Tribeca Associates.

CBRE’s Paul Amrich, Neil King and Patrice Meagher represented owner Principal Real Estate Investors in an 11,046 s/f lease with VCS Group at 1370 Avenue of the Americas for the partial 6th floor. The term is six years. 

CBRE’s James Ackerson, Amrich and Neil King represented owner Rockwood Capital in a 7,499 s/f lease with BP Energy Co. at 140 East 45th St. for the partial 28th floor. The term is seven years. Randy Abend and Kurtis Gibbs of JLL represented the tenant.

CBRE’s Craig Reicher and James Ackerson represented Modern Bank in a 13,203 s/f one-year extension at 250 West 55th St. for the partial 15th floor. Owner Boston Properties represented itself in-house.
