According to Bluestone Realty Services, the firm has recently completed the sale of 250 Adelphi St.
The four-story walkup with 16 units in the Fort Greene neighborhood sold for $3.285 million. This equates to over $200,000 per unit and a gross rent multiple of 14.6 times.
The deal was brokered by Ari Bromberg and Yona Edelkopf.
