GSH Group, Inc. has entered into a two-year, $3 million energy contract with Newmark Knight Frank Global Management Services (NKF GMS) at one of its client sites in Secaucus, N.J. This new contract is an expansion on GSH's relationship with NKF GMS. GSH already has implemented its energy program at one of the firm's N.Y.C. properties last summer.
President and CEO of NKF GMS Ian Marlow said, "GSH's energy program is unique in that it guarantees that the site saves money. GSH's in-house energy team carries out projects to improve energy efficiency, assuming all costs to achieve the energy savings."
