Blatter of Whitestone Realty Group closes on $4.65 million Bronx acquisition
Nathan Blatter of Whitestone Realty Group has acquired 1901 Grand Concourse for $4.65 million. The deal was closed within 15 days of signing the contract. The building was a 30-year ownership with low average rents. Blatter said that he liked the building because of its location and nearly no violations.
Whitstone is looking to purchase additional off-market multifamily buildings in the five boroughs.
