Blatter and Jungreis of Rosewood broker $8.45 million double multifamily sale

Rosewood Realty Group has brokered the sale of 909 Ave. T and 2530 Ocean Ave. in the Gravesend section for $8.45 million. The sale of the four-story walk-up buildings with 76 apartments, represents 9.5 times the current rent roll, according to Jake Blatter of Rosewood Realty Group. Blatter and Aaron Jungreis, the founder of Rosewood Realty Group, represented both the seller, Skyline NYC LLC. and the buyer, a local real estate investor group. The 26,240 s/f building built in 1927 at 909 Ave. T has 33 units with 21 one-bedrooms, 11-studios and one two-bedroom apartment.The larger 34,000 s/f building at 2530 Ocean Ave. is 43 units with three three-bedrooms, seven two-bedrooms, 25 one-bedrooms and eight studios. "These buildings represented a unique opportunity to purchase two well located apartment buildings in the Gravesend Section of Brooklyn," said Blatter.
