Meridian Capital Group, LLC, a leading national commercial real estate finance and advisory firm, negotiated a land loan for 3 Hudson Boulevard on behalf of Meushar 34th Street LLC, an affiliate of The Moinian Group. The mixed-use property, designed by architect Dan Kaplan FAIA of FXFOWLE, will be distinguished by a twist in the physical structure, in order to maximize sunlight throughout the solar power generating tower. 3 Hudson Boulevard will be one of the tallest skyscrapers in New York City and provide extensive views of the city including the Hudson River, High Line, Central Park, Times Square and the Empire State Building.
