Icon Realty tops out Beckford House & Tower projects

Manhattan, NY Beckford House and Tower – one of the Upper East Sides’ most anticipated new residential developments is now officially topped out. The buildings were designed by Studio Sofield and SLCE Architects and are being developed by Icon Realty Management.

 Beckford Tower, located at 201 East 80th St., recently began installing the window glass, and Beckford House, located at 301 East 81st St., will begin installations soon. The exterior brick and stone curtains are also rapidly rising and will be fully completed by end of the summer.

These architectural projects will be the newest residential offerings of their kind in the neighborhood and on 2nd Ave. Beckford Tower will contain 72 homes ranging in one to six bedroom residences, while Beckford House will offer 32 homes ranging from two to five bedroom residences. Each building will feature a collection of amenities including a swimming pool, basketball court, fitness and yoga center, children’s playroom and roof deck.
