I have been an innovator since I struck out on my own

What makes you an innovator? Upon college graduation, the job market was similar to the one we are facing now-rather bleak. The company I worked for went belly up and I decided to strike out on my own. I have been an innovator since that day. I have worked to create all the outlines and SOPs of the different areas of real estate consulting and testing we do and have acquired and started complimentary companies to assist us in our growth.
