Hunt Corporate Services secures 1,800 s/f lease; Hirschfeld reps. landlord

Huntington, NY According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., T-Mobile, has leased 1,800 s/f at 384 New York Ave. Robert Hirschfeld represented the landlord in the lease transaction. T-Mobile is filling space vacated by Radio Shack. 

“Timing couldn’t have been any better with T-Mobile’s rapid expansion throughout Long Island and the five boroughs,” said Hirschfeld. 

“The corner lot with high traffic proves to be a great location for T-Mobile.
