Newburgh, NY Hudson Valley chapter president John Coladonato said the Hudson Valley chapter of NYSCAR will have a newly named award given out at their Dealmaker’s event called “The James Walker” award.
The award was previously called “Outstanding Dealmaker.”
The award recognizes the parties to a deal that is made in the room at a marketing session; when a want’s needs and package are presented and a broker in the room has a need for it and it gets to a closing table.
Coladonato said, “That is one award we all love the most because it is what NYSCAR is all about.”
