Houlihan Lawrence welcomes DeNardis

Houlihan Lawrence revealed that John DeNardis has joined the Chappaqua office as their newest licensed salesperson. DeNardis works with buyers and sellers, specializing in the Chappaqua, Mount Kisco, Bedford and Briarcliff Manor areas of Westchester County. DeNardis comes to the firm with previous experience as private business owner, maintaining and running Tonino Pizzeria in Millwood for several years, and a property manager with Jagar Realty. At Jagar Realty, DeNardis managed and oversaw the day-to-day operations of commercial properties. While with Jagar Realty, DeNardis came to realize his passion for real estate and has since discovered his preference for residential. "When I made the decision join the residential real estate industry, there was no question of which company I wanted to work for," said DeNardis. "Houlihan Lawrence is a family-owned and operated brokerage and our shared values of honesty, integrity and dedication to clients made it the clear-cut choice for me." Having graduated Fordham University with a degree in finance, DeNardis was well-equipped to participate in the development and management of the Millwood Town Plaza Shopping Center, where his pizzeria was located. His management and financial experience running the pizzeria and commercial properties translates seamlessly into real estate, where he will combine his local expertise and marketing skills with Houlihan Lawrence's unsurpassed market knowledge and innovative technology to best serve his buyers and sellers. "John's entrepreneurial spirit and strategic way of thinking are instrumental in serving his buyers and sellers most effectively," said Barry Graziano, brokerage manager of Houlihan Lawrence's Chappaqua office. "He is well-suited for the real estate industry, and I look forward to his continued success and growth with Houlihan Lawrence's powerful support system backing him."
