Holloman joins RM Friedland, to spearhead Queens expansion

Harrison, NY According to RM Friedland, Alfonso Holloman has joined the firm. In this key new role, Holloman will be spearheading the firm’s expansion into the Queens market.

As investment interest in Queens continues to grow, Holloman will be on the front lines, facilitating new opportunities for investors.

Prior to joining RMF, Holloman spent six years as a senior managing director and principal in the New York office of Lee & Associates. Before that, he spent 13 years at Massey Knakal Realty as a vice president where he serviced clients in the outer boroughs.

 “I am excited about the opportunity to contribute the knowledge and expertise I've developed over my career to help Friedland's expansion, and recognition as, a premier player in commercial real estate brokerage,” said Holloman. 

Alfonso received a Bachelor of Science degree from Hampton University and an MBA from Adelphi University. He serves on the board of directors for the International Child Program in Harlem and has served as president of the NYC Metro Chapter of the CCIM Institute and is currently a board member.
