HL Commercial welcomes the Scrima Gorman CRE Team

Rye Brook, NY HL Commercial, an affiliate of Houlihan Lawrence, has added the Scrima Gorman Commercial Real Estate Team.

Led by Michael Scrima, Tom Gorman, Rob Magrino, Sean Campbell, and Tim Skelly, the team specializes in all sectors of commercial real estate, including multifamily, retail, and office spaces across Westchester, Rockland, and the Hudson Valley. Their portfolio features transactions such as The Avenue at Crestwood in Tuckahoe, The Adare/Glenmare Apartments in Nyack, and The Clinton Terrace Apartments in Ossining.
