Hirschfeld of Hunt leases 10,000 s/f to Forerunner Technologies

Edgewood, NY According to Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Forerunner Technologies, Inc. has leased 10,000 s/f at 150 Executive Dr. Bob Hirschfeld of Hunt represented the tenant. The landlord, Heartland Rental Properties LLC, was in-house represented.  
 
Founded in 1989, Forerunner Technologies Inc. is a provider of telecommunication equipment and services. The space in Edgewood will serve as office and warehouse space. “Forerunner was looking for larger space more centrally located on Long Island, and will be vacating their current space in Bohemia,” said Mr. Hirschfeld.
