Oceanside, NY Hunt Corporate Services, Inc. announced that Stone Future has purchased a 5,300 s/f industrial building at 3064 Lawson Blvd. John Hoblin of Hunt represented the seller, Russco Properties, LLC. Amanda Yan and Dana Guo of KW Gold Coast represented the buyer. Hoblin originally sold the building to Russco in 1994. Stone Future is relocating from Queens.
“Inventory of buildings for sale in western Nassau County is very low, driving the price to historic highs. This building was on the market for only a few months, and there were multiple parties interested in purchasing,” said Hoblin.
When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
