Hill International Subsidiary to provide construction for Trump Towers Rio in Brazil
Hill International, the global leader in managing construction risk, announced that its subsidiary Engineering S.A. has received a contract from MRP International to provide construction monitoring and procurement advisory services in connection with the Trump Towers Rio commercial development. The 5-year contract has an estimated value to Hill of $3.5 million.
Trump Towers Rio will be a complex of five AAA 150-meter-high skyscrapers, each with 38 floors, and will have a total built-up area including commercial and underground space of 4.8 million s/f.
The project is being developed in Porto Maravilha ("Marvelous Port"), the port region adjacent to the commercial center of Rio de Janeiro. It is the first project to bear the Trump name in Brazil.
