Scandalios has 23 years of experience in the industry and since joining HFF in 2001 he has closed $19 billion of commercial real estate sales for multi-housing, office, retail, hotel, land and industrial transactions in the area.

Since 2010, HFF's investment sales volume in the New York City/Northern New Jersey region is up nearly 600 percent, a truly extraordinary accomplishment, and we have every expectation that under his leadership we will continue our rapid expansion in the NYC area," said Tepedino.
