HFF hires Dowling as a director in the debt placement group

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) has hired Erik Dowling as a director in its debt placement group. He will focus on debt and equity transactions across all property types. He has 10 years of real estate experience and has been involved in debt and equity transactions totaling $4 billion. Prior to HFF, he spent three years managing the capital markets group at Antares Investment Partners. He is pursuing a master of science in Real Estate Finance at NYU's Real Estate Institute and graduated cum laude from University of Massachusetts with a bachelor of business administration in Finance. He is also a founding member, and the president of the Young Real Estate Professionals of New York.
