Helbling of Sabre Real Estate Group arranges $705,000 sale
Sabre Real Estate Group LLC has arranged the sale of a long vacant building and an adjacent Dairy Barn store for $705,000.
The Harry F. Arlin and Karen R. Arlin, Living Trust sold the 3,400 s/f two-story building at 5 Commack Rd. to G-Men Properties, LLC, a real estate investment firm affiliated with the Gentile family, which owns the Adventureland amusement park in Farmingdale.
The two-story building, just south of Jericho Tpke., formerly housed Short Stop Printing. It is to be renovated and turned into office space. Dairy Barn, which occupies 1,400 s/f in s separate building on the lot, will remain a tenant.
Russel Helbling, a director at Sabre, arranged the sale on behalf of the seller directly with G-Men Properties.
