Caiola of Zere Real Estate Services handles 6,000 s/f relocation; Elegant Stairs and Rails, LLC takes manufacturing space

Paul Caiola of Zere Real Estate Services recently closed on a sale of a four acre parcel zoned industrial L1 with a 6,000 s/f free standing commercial manufacturing facility on the premises to Elegant Stairs and Rails, LLC. Elegant Stairs was previously located within the gates of the Calverton Enterprise Park. The new space is located at 308 Line Ave. and with access from the Long Island Expressway exit 69. "This purchase was a great deal for my customer at $650,000. This business decision is a "win win" to have the opportunity to own their own location as opposed to leasing and not having control of their property. They chose the site to build equity and establish a real estate portfolio, high ceilings within the building, visible signage for exposure and use of outdoor storage on the premises also all played an active role the in final selection process," said Caiola, senior managing director at Zere Real Estate Services. Bagshaw Realty of Riverhead represented the seller. Elegant Stairs and Rails is family owned and operated for more than twenty years and are renown craftsman that manufacture custom wood spiral stairs and railings. They cater to both the residential and commercial markets servicing the North & South Forks of Long Island from the high end luxury markets to the regular homeowner or businessman.
