Heiss of Largo finances $5.55 million for four medical office buildings

Kevin Heiss, account executive for the Largo Group of Companies, arranged $5.55 million in permanent financing for four medical office buildings located in Houston, Tex.; Shenandoah, Tex.; Manchesney Park, Ill. and Rockford, Ill. The medical office located in Houston is the largest of the four properties, consisting of 15,514 s/f, whereas, the other property in Shenandoah, consists of 10,444 s/f. Both properties are 100% occupied by Northwest Cancer Center. Both properties in Illinois consist of 10,400 s/f with Physicians Immediate Care operating 100% of the space. The Texas properties were financed on a 10-year term with one rate reset, whereas, the two Illinois properties were structured on a 7-year term with two rate resets.
