Ching and Fotis of Marcus & Millichap broker $1.133 million sale
Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services completed the sale of Burger King located at 1712 East 11th St. The 2,686 s/f restaurant was remodeled in 2007. The property sold for $1.133 million which represents a 6.8% cap rate. David Ching, an associate with Marcus & Millichap's Oakland office, represented the seller. Matthew Fotis, a senior associate with Marcus & Millichap's Brooklyn office, represented the buyer.
