What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2010?
That I survived, doors are still open and that I continue to love what I do.
What predictions do you have for commercial real estate in 2011? :
We will see alot more "boutique,"
"mom and pop" type stores opening again. Pop-up stores will become more popular. Big boxes are going to turn into medical, nursing homes or county offices. Commercial lenders will be redefining their guidelines for borrowing.
