Hedgecock promoted to managing partner at BBG-BBGM
According to BBG-BBGM, international renowned award winning architectural and interior design firms, senior partner, Louis Hedgecock, AIA, has been promoted to managing partner. As managing partner, Hedgecock will oversee the direction and strategy for the New York office's architectural practice and act as lead administrative partner, directing all business and legal activities.
"Mr. Hedgecock's deep industry knowledge and insight, coupled with his ability to define realistic and discernable solutions, make him well-positioned to serve as managing partner and lead our firms' strategy worldwide," said Peter Gorman, a BBG-BBGM founding partner.
A licensed architect in multiple states, with over 28 years of design experience, Hedgecock has extensive global experience directing and managing a sizeable portfolio of signature projects worldwide, including mixed-use landmarks, residential, hotels, and office buildings. His projects have ranged from small interior renovations to 1.6 million s/f office complexes. His project team management skills have been important to such complex developments as the Jakarta Stock Exchange Building in Indonesia and the New York Hilton Hotel & Towers.
Since joining the firm in 1989, Hedgecock's attitude and experience has helped create an ethic of commitment to the firm's design philosophy and has guided the firm's expansion.
