Heaner of the Kaufman Organization represents the landlord in five leases totaling 15,550 s/f

Michael Heaner of The Kaufman Org., represented the landlord of 260 West 39th St. in five leases totaling 15,550 s/f: * Mackage, signed a seven-year lease for a 5,000 s/f showroom. Marc Kritzer of Millennium Realty Group represented the tenant. * Bench USA signed a six-year lease for 3,000 s/f. Dennis Someck of George Comfort and Sons represented the tenant. * Allan Raider LLC leased a 2,800 s/f showroom and office. Jonathon Anapol of Prime Manhattan represented the tenant. * Berger & Stevens Associates, Inc. is expanding its showroom to 2,500 s/f. Heaner represented both the landlord and the tenant. * Ilene Oren & Co. signed a five-year 2,250 s/f lease. Evan Lieberman and Mitch Cooperstock of Winoker represented the tenant. "260 West 39th St. features some of the top designers in the industry. Housing a showroom here will help these businesses expand their brands since this building is a one-stop shop for many national buyers," said Michael Heaner, partner of the Kaufman Org. Built in 1927 and designed by Margon & Glaser, the 18-story building is located in the heart of the Garment District and is steps away from Times Square. The building is currently undergoing renovations which include a newly renovated building entrance, lobby, elevators and façade. It features 24-hour access, on-site security, on-site management and is in close proximity to Penn Station, The Port Authority and all major subway lines.
