Marvin Hartman, executive vice president at Pliskin Realty & Development continues to be Advance Auto Parts, Inc.'s "go to" resource for new retail locations in the New York-metro area. Hartman, who has a longstanding relationship with Advance on behalf of Pliskin, recently completed several leases for the leading automotive aftermarket retailer of parts, batteries, accessories, and maintenance items.
Most recently, he brokered six new location leases for AAP totaling 41,529 s/f:
* A 10-year lease for 10,329 s/f at 28 Romaine Ave. in Yonkers, in which Hartman represented AAP and Ripco represented the property owner.
* A 10-year lease for 6,200 s/f at 2626 Middle Country Rd. in Centereach for which he represented both AAP and the property owner.
* A 20-year ground lease for 6,200 s/f at Jericho Tpke. and Evergreen Ave. in Huntington Station, in which Harman represented AAP and the property owner.
* A 10-year lease for 6,600 s/f at 2 Wheeler Rd. in Central Islip, in which Hartman represented AAP and Island Associates represented the property owner.
* A 10-year lease for 6,200 s/f at Wenlock Rd. and Rte. 6 in Pike County, PA, in which Hartman represented both AAP and the property owner.
* A 10-year lease for 6,000 s/f at 93 Wicks Rd. in Brentwood, in which Hartman represented both AAP and the property owner.
