Hartman of Pliskin closes five leases for AAP totaling 42,900 s/f; Includes a 8,600 s/f store at 67 Fulton Avenue, Hempstead

According to Pliskin Realty & Development, its executive VP Marvin Hartman is continuing his role as the primary area broker for Advance Auto Parts, Inc. (AAP). Hartman, on behalf of AAP, brokered five, 10-year leases totaling 42,900 s/f. The deals include the following: * A 6,400 s/f lease at 687 Broadway, Amityville, for which he represented both sides. * A7,500 s/f lease at 296 Burnside Ave., Lawrence, for which he represented both sides. * A 6,200 s/f lease at 1050 Montauk Hwy., Shirley, for which he represented both sides. * A 6,200 s/f lease at 557 Rte.17M in Monroe, in which he represented AAP and Pyramid Real Estate Group represented the landlord. * A 8,600 s/f lease at 67 Fulton Ave. in Hempstead, for which he represented both sides. * A 8,000 s/f lease at 6145 Jericho Tpke., Commack, in which he represented AAP and Major Real Estate represented the landlord.
