Harari joins Sabre Real Estate as an associate director

According to Sabre Real Estate Group LLC, Raymond Harari, a retail leasing specialist, has joined the company as an associate director focused on the outer boroughs of N.Y.C. and in northern N.J. Harari most recently was an associate director at CPEX Real Estate. Prior to joining CPEX, he was an in-house leasing representative at Levin Management, representing 10 shopping centers throughout N.J. and Pennsylvania. He began his career as a retail salesperson at Kislak Realty Services in Woodbridge, N.J. "Ray Harari's experience and his knowledge of Brooklyn and New Jersey will be extremely valuable as we expand our operations," said Jayson Siano, managing principal of Sabre. "In 2011 almost all of our deals were on Long Island. In 2013 almost 40% of our business came from New Jersey and the outer boroughs of NYC" A Brooklyn native, Harari currently resides in Flatbush. He attended Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, N.J.
