Kim concentrates her practice in the area of landlord and tenant litigation. Her practice is diverse and includes handling all phases of litigation in connection with disputes arising from real estate contracts, mortgage foreclosures, contract law and commercial litigation. Kim earned her Juris Doctorate from St. John's University School of Law and is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, Kim was an associate at a prominent New York City law firm.
