Halstead Management chosen to manage The Leonard

According to Paul Gottsegen, president of Halstead Management Company, LLC, one of New York's most trusted residential property managers, the company was chosen to manage The Leonard, a 66-unit residential condominium at 101 Leonard Street in TriBeCa. The board selected the firm for its tailored and proactive management solutions as well as its expertise in new developments. "We are proud to be named as the management company for The Leonard. It's extremely important for developments to implement a strong management program from the beginning, and we look forward to working closely with the Board to ensure that The Leonard starts out on the best foot," said Gottsegen. "We look forward to providing our exceptional management services to The Leonard." Located in one of the most highly coveted neighborhoods in Manhattan, The Leonard is a condo conversion that just recently came to market this past July. The collection of 66 homes offers one to three-bedrooms plus penthouse lofts. Amenities include a 24-hour concierge, private rooftop lounge, fitness center and children's playroom.
