Halstead Management appoints Cafiero president

Manhattan, NY Halstead Management Company, LLC has named Melissa Cafiero president. In this role, Cafiero will oversee the Halstead Management Company, LLC as well as an extensive portfolio of cooperatives and condominiums across New York City.

“Melissa is a natural fit for the role of president given her history with the company and her incredible industry knowledge. Halstead Management Company’s track record of excellence will continue to thrive under her leadership,” said chief operating officer Alan Kersner.

A 20-year industry veteran, Cafiero joined the company in 2017 and most recently served as its executive vice president. Previously, she worked in several residential management and operational hospitality roles. 

“After nearly a decade with this great company, I am excited for the next chapter as president,” said Cafiero. “I look forward to growing our business while upholding our commitment to superlative customer service.”

Leslie Winkler, who previously served as president of Halstead Management Company, LLC, has stepped into a consulting role with the company.
