The property is just one block away from the 2, and 5 subway lines at Jackson Ave. and is currently a 40’ vacant lot ready for development.  The site has the ability to be developed into a 21,160 s/f building with a mix of retail, community facility, and residential apartments. The property sold for $38/BSF on an as of right buildable s/f basis.
