Melville, NY H2M architects + engineers is a growing, multi-disciplined professional consulting firm. With seven office locations throughout N.Y. and N.J., H2M has grown by 100 employees since 2015 across all of the firm’s locations including Melville, White Plains, NYC and Suffern, N.Y. along with Howell and Parsippany in N.J. Recent hires include:

  • Junior Garcia has joined H2M as a coatings inspector in H2M’s Melville headquarters. He was previously a bridge painter, safety inspector, QC and coating inspector at L&L Painting Company. He graduated from La Guardia International High School.
  • Thomas Gereffi has joined H2M as a staff engineer in their Parsippany office. He was previously a civil engineer trainee at N.J. Department of Transportation. He graduated from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey with a bachelor’s of science degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Christopher Silliman has been hired as a staff architect in H2M’s Melville headquarters. He was previously an intern architect at Impact Architecture. He graduated from the State University at Farmingdale with a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
  • Thomas Hubacek has been hired as the practice leader of landscape architecture in H2M’s Melville headquarters. He was previously a senior landscape architect/projects manager at Gulf Consultant in Kuwait. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
  • Anthony Mennona has been hired as senior project manager and project controls specialist in H2M’s Melville headquarters. He was previously a senior project controls specialist at Brookhaven National Lab. He graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and a minor in Math.
  • Janet Snyder has joined the H2M team as corporate business development in H2M’s White Plains office. She was previously a director of business development at Aqua Design Group/ Urban Green Council in New York. She graduated from New York University.
