Gullo named 2015 president of B.I.E.G.

The Buffalo Investors & Exchangors Group (B.I.E.G.) will be headed in 2015 by Russell Gullo, CCIM, CMIA, CEA, who is a national real estate investment/exchange expert. The group which specializes in real estate investment and "1031" exchanges is open to the public, and meets every third Tuesday of the month at the Millennium Hotel, located at 2040 Walden Ave. Novice and experienced real estate investors have a place to network and learn about the most current techniques available to make sure that their real estate investments are providing the maximum monetary benefits. Every meeting is made up of two different expert speakers who address a wide variety of topics on real estate investment, real estate taxation, real estate exchanging and property management. Along with the educational presentations, there is available at each meeting Ask The Attorney, Ask The CPA, Ask The Real Estate Multifamily Broker, Ask The Property Manager, Ask The Mortgage Broker and Ask The Qualified Intermediary. In addition an "Investment Property Showcase" presentation of available properties is available for real estate investors looking to acquire property. The 2015' president of the group Russell J. Gullo, CCIM, CEA, is a certified multifamily investment advisor, a certified exchange advisor, president of R. J. GULLO & CO., INC., which is a national "qualified intermediary" for real estate exchanges and president of the R. J. GULLO COMPANIES of Multifamily Investment Property Services. In addition Mr. Gullo, is Director of Operations for the RUSSELL J. GULLO School of Multifamily Investment Property Studies and the founder of the AMERICAN INSTITUTE OF REAL ESTATE EXCHANGORS.
